Unboxing my experience

Spacious, clean rooms with excellent sound isolation made this stay pleasant. Close to public transport and a supermarket, it's perfect for those wanting to explore beyond tourist paths. A delightful touch was the drink dispenser in the lobby, offering sparkling water! The friendly staff really enhanced my stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Had an awesome time with friends! Our days were spent exploring the Charles Bridge and checking out the local shops. The location is great, just a short walk to the tram station for easy access to the city. The hotel also offers a nice breakfast and the staff was super helpful with advice on getting around.

The hotel features a modern, spacious lobby area that’s perfect for mingling or unwinding after a long day. Notably, the breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection with numerous hot and cold options that kickstart the morning with a bang.

The room cleaning fell short during my stay. small details like not replacing used coffee cups left a bit to be desired. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to make a noticeable impact, leaving the room somewhat stuffy. I also found the pillows uncomfortably flat—not ideal for a solid night’s sleep. Lastly, parking prices were on the higher side, which made me rethink my options for leaving the car.

The upgraded room was great, but the early check-out and bag storage was stressful.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with the added bonus of a convenient nearby metro station making it easy to explore the city.

I stayed at the Junior Suite for two nights. The room was spacious and clean, really nice to come back to after exploring Prague. The bed felt comfortable, and I appreciated the mini fridge. I loved the breakfast spread that offered a nice variety of options. There were fresh pastries and cooked-to-order items that really kicked off my mornings. However, there were some hiccups. One time, the cleaning staff entered the room unexpectedly while I was still packing. That felt intrusive. Also, despite requesting a double bed, I got two singles pushed together, which wasn’t ideal for a romantic getaway. The towels looked a bit worn despite being clean. On my wedding night, I thought the staff would acknowledge our special occasion, but there didn't seem to be much effort made. no surprise touches or upgrades were offered, which was a letdown. Some aspects of service left me wanting more, but the location was great. I could walk to the tram with ease and access many attractions nearby.

The spacious room was super comfortable, and the high standard of cleanliness made me feel right at home. I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after a long day of exploring, and the on-site massage services were a lovely treat. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay overall! 😊

The Superior Double Room was spacious and clean, but the double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which created a gap. The pillows weren’t very comfy, unfortunately. The shower was nice, and the mini fridge was a fun touch. Despite the noise from the nearby tram, the room itself felt quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was absolutely a highlight, with tons of options and quality food! Overall, a decent stay with the room being the only mixed bag.
